Recent Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Cholesterol test results are required prior to enrollment.

If you are an athlete that engages in moderate to high intensity physical activity on a very regular and consistent basis and you would like to eat for peak performance and condition our dietitians can help you achieve the ultimate performance.

Cholesterol-Related Issues and Heart Disease Risk Factors: 
If you have high total or LDL-cholesterol, low HDL-cholesterol, high triglycerides, or a combination of these risk factors.

High Blood Pressure:
Find a plan that will control your high blood pressure utilizing the most up-to-date dietary and lifestyle recommendations aimed to help you lower your blood pressure. We will center also provide practical tips and suggestions on how to implement these guidelines.

Type II Diabetes Mellitus, Pre-Diabetes, and Insulin Resistance:
If you have been diagnosed with type II diabetes or pre-diabetes then this program applies to you. Multiple sessions with a registered dietitian will include a comprehensive nutritional assessment based on your individual needs.
Gastrointestinal Disorders - Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome: 
If you suffer from chronic gastrointestinal symptoms from the food that you eat, we are here to help.
Food Allergies (Lactose, milk, eggs, nuts and wheat):
If you have a food allergy and need some help developing an eating plan meeting your dietary restrictions.

Celiac Disease / Gluten Intolerance
If you have Celiac disease and need to restrict gluten, we can help you with what you can eat in order to meet you nutritional needs in any setting by providing meal and snack options based on your individual needs. Please ONLY choose this option if you have been medically diagnosed by a physician or allergist with a gluten allergy or intolerance.

Vegan / Vegetarian Diet:
If you have chosen to restrict animal products and would like to ensure that you are properly meeting your nutritional needs, our dietitians will help tailor a dietary plan that ensures that you meet your dietary needs provided your restriction of animal products whether it be meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy or all of the above.
